Just bought a disassembled T5 project with a rebuild engine with a new 152 Polini kit.
This will be run with a Sip expansion on the original carb with no further porting/modifications.
What would be a good starting point jetting wise? main 125/130?
Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"

I ran my 152 on a 126 main jet, was only running on a hollowed out Simonini though. You are in the right ball park though. Good luck!

I think you'll end up around the 120 mark.
