I`ve just had a frame , forks hubs etc etc all blasted and powder coated by a local company and am chuffed with the results and like the colour. The legsheilds need a little bit of welding doing and some dents removed before they are ready for spraying , I was thinking of having them blasted and coated as well as I`m not the fussiet bloke.
I realise that imperfections are probably going to show up worse if no filling and spraying as normal is carried out.
Can people panal beat it smooth enough that I could take it straight for blasting and coating after ?
Is this possible or will it look like sh~~te ?
My sprayer mate said he couldn`t match the powder coating colour exactly ?
