Did any 150 Special Engine number Start with 150Li*616...?

No, that sounds like a standard LI 150 series 3 number.
LI 150 Special engine numbers start with 7.
Thats if the scoot is italian, I've no idea about spanish numbers.

according to the British Lambretta Archive "
Li 150: Frame: 150Li3* followed by numbers starting from 600,001
Engine: 150Li* followed by numbers starting from 600,001" and LI special
"Li 150 Special: Frame: 150LiS* followed by numbers starting at 200,001
Engine: 150Li* followed by numbers starting at 700,001"
