Jet 200 starting up ok but no lights or horn, what should I check for other than stator? All lights packed in at same time except rear brake , which doesn't work now, would that be the case with a stator problem?

it really is impossible to diagnose electrical faults on line ....but we can give you a few pointers but it all comes down to how well you know you way around a wiring diagram

first step ...check earth and stop light switch

are the bulbs blown ?
check earth on regulator unit
get a meter
plug the lighting circuit into a battery, to check the circuits and eliminate any stator issues

Exactly the same happened to my gp last week, tracked fault straight away to stator plate by checking for circuit between brown and white wire coming out of stator using a multi meter. I had no circuti so stripped out stator and found a wire broken that should have linked three coils together, soldered it up and hey presto like new again. As a comparison to yours I got a resisitance on this circuit of 0.6 ohms.
