No, that sounds like a standard LI 150 series 3 number.
LI 150 Special engine numbers start with 7.
Thats if the scoot is italian, I've no idea about spanish numbers.

Engine: 150Li* followed by numbers starting from 600,001" and LI special "Li 150 Special: Frame: 150LiS* followed by numbers starting at 200,001
