Brought this across from carb set up as not got any feedback.
Stock 200 SIL motor
25mm Dellorto PHBL
Casa inlet rubber and K&N (upright)
RScoot exhaust
Main Jet 102
Idle Jet 50
Slide 40
Needle D26 clip 2nd from top
Atomiser AQ264
Air screw 1 1/2 turn out
Seemed to be fine..but went for a blast this morning and when getting to higher revs seems to be holding back a bit and seems a bit choked up after about 40 mph up until then very smooth and responsive.and starts first kick every time..warm or cold...?
Anyone any ideas on jetting maybe main up a bit.

Ricspeed, gone but never forgotten RIP my friend #59
Its close to jetting Ive used, and seems about right... but I have limited Knowledge of these carbs having only set up a few...If you find no fault with the carb then I would take a look at the Ignition.
If you have a strobe light... Try checking your timing. If its moving about, at or around the revs that it starts to missfire or loose power, it might not be the carb, but just might be Ignition..... Just a thought....and its easy to check........ As the ignition breaks down, the timing light sometimes starts to appear to jump left and right this will show up as the flywheel arrow or mark moving relative to the timing mark or just not sparking on every revolution....Ive fixed acouple in the past with a similar fault..... One had a broken wire at the stator....and the last Two were a faulty CDI box...... Hope this helps...

Mate of mine had same trouble on a 210 SX200 lump. In the end took it to Jerome to have it dynoed and came out with one or two different settings but main jet was changed down to 92. Goes like 's**t off a shovel' now. I know that all engines have different characteristics but I mentioned it as it seems you might be running a bit rich????
NO IT'S NOT A F***IN* MOPED!!!!!!
i have the same set up lam, apart from an af 42mm exhaust.i run a 95 main jet and it runs great.
