Hi Everyone
I was strobing the timing on my T5 malossi 172 yesterday and up to 2500 revs the timing mark was spot on 14 degrees but after 2500 revs the timing mark went all over the place!
Does this indicate a problem with my stator or CDI?
I have checked the coils on my stator with a multimeter and the ignition coil read 520 ohms and the pick up read 128 ohms and the CDI is a genuine ducati that is brand new.
Could something be playing up under load?
Any help would be appreciated.
