A clutch drive cog upgear, 21 or 22 teeth will be useful, depending on your pipe and the rest of your set up. 22 is taller obviously and would get you a higher top speed, but might be too tall depending on your exhaust and the rest of your set up.

I once had a 166 with P200 primaries but this was only any good when going down hill with the wind behind you. Then it was great!

If the casings are matched properly and the inlet timing done right then it should pull 22/68 easily.
I have seen a few with 23/65 and have one in the workshop at the mo. It does feel overgeared to me but the guy that owns it is about 4ft tall and 7 stone so will no doubt be fine for him.

As Al said, transfers and timing need to be sorted.
Mine pulled 23/65 with P125 gears ok, but I also fitted a 60mm P2 crank. Made it a 175cc. Well worth doing. 30mm PHBH and PM pipe.
Used it as my rally going engine for a few years.
Engine is now in my 'crosser' with 20/68
