Rattle can Lacquer

Lets get the ball rolling
Rattle cans are great for small jobs but you need to build up the very thin layers to get depth, Clear coat is great but with the amount of petrol swilling around I have yet to find one that is petrol proof.
If you spill petrol while filling up its just dissolves the various ones I have used, best just letting it dry as wiping it takes the lacquer and paint off. It also doesn't harden like 2 pack and always seems soft.
Any one got a rattle can, petrol resistant lacquer
Yes I have 2 pack but if you are just doing a running board or a tank its a pain mixing it and I always mix to much

Ive been using Halfords petrol resitant laquer on my cowlings and tank and had no problems with it. Does come out of the can thick so you have to careful building up the layers :D

The best of both worlds - Maybe ?
I haven't used it, so I can't comment on it's functionality, but it's an interesting proposition.
