Which plating finish?

I need to get some plating done for a GP resto can anyone tell me what finish I need on:


Horn – I’ve removed the front cover

Brake adjuster wheels

Speedo drive

Chain case oil plugs (fill, full level & drain)

Air box plate and long screw.

Also what’s the difference in finish between nickel and zinc
