Hi,got some pics here of my home made disc conversion.
The biggest headache was getting it to all run true, its vertually impossible to get an extended hub nut to run true running off a tappered rear hub cone once its all tightened up,my good friend at formula 1 made me a special cone and nut from billet high grade steel making the threads first then machining the nut flats on afterwards, but still if the rear hub was torqued up to a different figure then you could get as much as 5 thou extra run out causing your caliper carrier bracket to wobble badly.
All in all it can be done but with problems along the way to be expected,if mine fell to bits i would take it off and go back to good old shoes.
Good luck
Dean
