Lambretta inboard disc brake kit for drum links

As original but updated, and the only high pressure cast one available.

The unique feature of this version is we have cast the back plate to use common drum links! No longer do you need to find and buy expensive disc links. Everything else is as original.

I agree. Apart from the accessory damper brackets all innocenti scooters with dampers and all with disc brakes had the extra 12mm stud.
I think they'll have done that for a reason.

but the scootrs outboard disc is far better than the innocenti disc with only li style links,the new disc is very good cant really see a problem with drum style links.

yes but a scootrs outboard out performs the lambretta disc and doesnt have a 12mm bolt holding it onto the links!

Yes but that locates into the 5mm(?) thick stainless steel plate NOT a cast lug. The lug on the back plate is the weak point here, whereas the Innocenti inboard disc locates with a 12mm stud into the link.

race scooters don't use drum links and drum type hubs do they?

My observation was from an engineering point of view.

I wouldn't personally use a drum type disc hub of any kind, inboard or outboard.
