would love to see some pics of forum members cutdowns..love em or hate em..i love em and after seeing the yellow lotus one at perdiswell today(if only i had a couple of g's hanging round!!) think i will be having one maybe next year so need some idea's

Hi mate, I've had a few cutdowns over the years, this is my current ride, its been on the road for the last eight years and is just undergoing a Winter revamp, I hope to finish it very soon, just a bit more wiring to sort etc. If you check out the latest posts on the "LI fetishist" thread you'll see the changes.
The one below I built in the 80's, this is me ready to roll to the Isle of Wight 1986, no appologies for haircut
This was the first cutdown I built in the mid 70's, me pictured riding to Cadwell Park scooter racing around 1979

the yellow one was a beaut, was it for sale then?
just picked this up off ebay which will be built up as a cut down

Saw that on e-bay, hope you got it for a good price, nice project, keep us up to date with what you decide to do with it

Got it for £650, which I was quite please with as all panel work is there, it'll just have a quick spray over with matt red, new seat, long range tank, bolt on the leggies/horncast and mudguard and then on the road!
