Where would you go to get Stainless Steel welded? I need to find someone to weld a SS bead along the edge of some SS mesh i have cut to fit a air intake. Would need to shape a thin 5m bead along the contour of where its been cut. Would need to spot weld each wire to the back (non-facing) side of the mesh.
Any ideas?

If the stainless mesh is quite fine, soft soldering or silver soldering may be your only option.
Due to the heat involved in Tig/Tags welding.

yea as a welder in wouldnt touch it

sometime with things like this the mesh is fusion welded to the thicker section it could be done with laser welding but thats really specialised not the sort of thing a general fabricator would use
