What's the best way to remove the baffles from an airbox, to allow a bigger carb to breath through it?
cheers

And whilst you're doing it, use two discs on the Dremel, or you'll spend more time changing discs than cutting !!!! I found this out the hard way !!!!!

Sorry; I don't quite get this. How can you use two discs on a Dremel?

Where you fit the disc to the shaft, put two discs on. in effect doubling the cutting thickness. They're very thin, and working inside the airbox it's very easy to break them.

No bigger than PHBH26 carb though or the airbox will seriously restrict the airflow. I would drill 15 - 20 10mm holes in the airbox where it doesn't show as well and use a free flow filter. Even with this done you'd have to come down one or two sizes on the main jet due to the restriction of the airbox.
