200 Rapido Classic with 42mm clubman, 25mm phbl through the airbox with std SX200 gearing.

Can anyone recomend an initial jetting setup for the carb?

I have a very similar set up in a series 2 through a wide neck TV air box, I'll dig out the details and let you know.

I'm in work right know so may not get to it until tomorrow evening.

I'm using

Main jet 91
Pilot jet 50
Atomiser AQ268
Needle D29 on T3 clip position.

Slide - I haven't written it down sorry, but it's probably a 40.

When I fitted the carb I struggled to get it to work, borrowed a carb of a mate with a similar set up (not Rapido) it worked so set mine up the same, it's still very rich throughout but that may or may not apply to yours.
