Escorts Rear Shock Bushes

I'm toying of fitting an Escorts rear shock that I've had kicking around - as far as I'm aware it has never been fitted/used , on inspection though both rubber bushes look worn - maybe perished and the inner sleeve looks off centre, can these bushes be replaced (easily) or for the cost of them be easier to buy a new shock?

I took a perfectly serviceable shock but with split bushes down to local rubber manufacturers http://www.walker-rubber.co.uk/, they didn't have anything to fit [and they have a vast range of rubber goods], but could make some up for £16 a pair iirc.
didn't get any though as the owner of the scooter didn't want to...

hagon shocks have replaceable bushes - it might be worth a try to see if they fit try justlambretta or try chiggy chambers who does nylon r1 conversion rubbers

last one i did i had a mate who made some up in nylon - unfortunately he works elsewhere now

best of luck
