Mugello 186 v2
Transfers matched to Indian GP casing, inlet and exhaust ports matched to manifolds
JL3 exhaust
Indian GP200 gearbox and sprockets (final drive 5.22:1) it won't pull 4th with any higher gearing :!:
Remote foam filter
28 PHBH carb
118 main
53 pilot
AV264 (also tried an AS266 in an unsuccessful atempt to get rid of richness at 0-1/4 throttle)
X7 needle, clip 3 (may try a X13 to address the hot spot at 1/4+ throttle: 647 degrees on EGT)
40 slide (50 didn't seem to improve matters)
about 10 miles per litre of fuel

Rapido 225 classic, asso piston , MECeur black race crank, polished and matched exhaust and inlet, 30mm solid mount dellorto.,42mm AF clubman, AF 1400gramm flywheel, modified indian stator with vespa T5 coils and pick up, timing at 19 btdc, Ducati coil, NGK B9es plug, remote filter. main jet 125, X7 needle , 2nd notch from top, AV264 atomiser, 50 pilot jet, 70 choke jet, 300 float needle jet. running 19x46 GP 200 gearing. (4.8) double springs in clutch (four plate) pulls great, no flat spots, suprised how good on fuel it is (about the same as a standard 200! ) good touring set up .

Cambridge lambretta show a new table about "Basic carburettor settings"

http://www.lambretta.co.uk/downloads/carbjetting.html

When you compare with the last list and many many set-up present here, it's richer between 1/4 ->3/4 (needle smaller/atomiser bigger) and poorer after 3/4 (mainjet).

I try it since 1 month (mugello 186), it's very good, more torque...
