When you compare with the last list and many many set-up present here, it's richer between 1/4 ->3/4 (needle smaller/atomiser bigger) and poorer after 3/4 (mainjet).

I try it since 1 month (mugello 186), it's very good, more torque...
Well, news:

For the mugello, it work, like this, but with the ancilloti exhaust:
PHBH 28mm
airfilter type Ramair
slide 45
X2
AV266 main 108
choke53
starter 50

BUT, with the exhaust JL Road KRP3, it don't work with the airfilter...
I tried multiple main jet, and it's impossible... because, I think, It's too rich at 1000-3000 rpm and the carb drowns itself at the level of the airfilter (many many fuel in the airfilter)
Maybe, the JL needs more air/fuel than the ancilloti... :?

Mick believe me all 148 will do is use more fuel. 140 is still big I just left it in to satisfy Harry huge jet :D
My clubmate Tracys TS1 ran a 128 before a powerjet was fitted(uses 122 now) and it makes 8hp more than yours.

Mugello 186 v4
KBA Clubman 42mm
Li 125 gearbox 17 and 46 sprockets (4.98 final ratio)
Though Airbox and filter (neck removed inside box but no extra holes) & GP airscoop
TM24 carb (cable choke conversion and Dellorto elbow cable adjuster fitted)
main: 180
pilot: 17.5
needle: 4DH7-clip 2 down (the richer 5N13 on clip 1 was still a bit spluttery around 1/2 throttle but I left it alone while running in)
slide: standard as delivered
atomiser: standard as delivered "O"

Recently run in and have done initial checks from idle to 3/4 throttle, very clean response through the range. The main might come down a bit later Overall thrilled to bits with it! :fb:

Carb kit supplied and initially jetted by that nice Mr Corrado, highly recommended!

Cheers
Nigel
