Standard SIL GP200
AF Clubman exhaust.
Standard Indian stage 4 barrel. (Internal casting faults removed but not polished).
Inlet manifold smoothed and matched to barrel.
Exhaust U pipe/flange matched to barrel.
Standard Airbox/filter set up with airscoop but 5 x 10mm holes drilled in a row at the back of airbox about 20mm above the top of the actual filter (holes in this position seem to make a big differance as oposed to in the middle of the airbox or below where the filter sits).
Standard 22mm Jetax with 130 main and 48 pilot (I can run a 128 main for nipping about town with a bit better responce but gets a bit too hot at WOT)
NGK B7ES, gap set at 30th (Champion N4 works just as well).

Here's my latest engine spec - Ongoing test engine
Std SIL St 4 200 barrel (not cleaned anything up or matched anything), Mahle thin ring piston, AF 9.5:1 head
Gp 150 gears with 18/47 sprockets and actually pulls this really well
BGM clutch with MB springs, deep crown wheel
28mm PHBH open mouthed
MJ - 116, Pilot - 56, slide - 40, Atomiser AV264, Needle X13 Top Clip, float valve - 300.
Taffy Copy exhaust
Set up after 140 miles running in to get closer set up rather than throwing fuel down to road everytime i rode it.(was just a tad rich!!)
Very happy with 14.5 bhp @ 6753 rpm and 11 lb/ft @ 6550 rpm.
This engine will be taking me to Euro Lambretta and once back will get some work done to barrel (match ports to gastes and transfers and may open them up a little!!) it's just got to survive the 1200 mile round trip.

Set up by Darrell Taylor, so pretty confident it's bang on the money.
