ok you should be aware of the clothing brand lambretta ,jeans ,t shirt etc
if you were to have some shirts printed with lambretta on them they would not be happy ,i was told although have only heard this form one person that the lcgb had to stop selling lambretta t shirts ,i cant say how true this is though

I think that this had something to do with 'Who owns the Lambretta/Innocenti' names and is authorised to use it/them and an impending ( nasty) court battle.

I`m not so sure about the "Innocenti" trademark, I don`t think reproducing that would be a problem, its the "Lambretta" trademark which is owned by Derry Kunman for clothes.rog60 wrote:I think that this had something to do with 'Who owns the Lambretta/Innocenti' names and is authorised to use it/them and an impending ( nasty) court battle.![]()
