thanks mate for doing a fantastic wiring job on my skelly.
the spec for it is:
px keytop ignition switch, hid 35w headlamp easily switchable to std h4 55/60 headlight easily, dual tone horn ,twin lucas 55w lr8 spotlights, single 55w fog lamp all running thru 5 relays,hi level brake light, digital speedo (with all idiot lights working) and kawasaki Z1000 indicators all running of a 7.2AH alarm battery and a wassell dc rectifier with west country windings rewound stator plate.
it is an amazingly neat and tidy job and i got a full colour wiring diagram so anyone with any wiring queries do yourself a favour and use Byron for it.

aw... cheers mate :bigsm:

it was an interesting project, made more diverse by you changing your mind or adding bits on... ;)

certainly the most wired up bike I've done; whereas a standard 12v scooter can have 3 cables running front to back, mark's bike has 18!

is the fog lamp lit in the last pic on your flickr account ?
looks like the two Lucas 8s are, but not the yellow one...
which shouldn't ever happen...
unless that middle contact has broken in the switch.... which is its weak point...
or is it just the angle of the photo ?

hope it is just that, it wasn't fully charged when it left mine yesterday. Does the aux lamp warning light come on ? Let me know if it's more than that and I'll fix it, but that may mean using another handlebar switch...
did Anne like the horn ?!
