Any tips on how to stop the leaks where the hose (stainless/teflon) meets the banjo?

Cheers

Mine fell apart and the threads striped. I got a new one made to length from chiggy chambers. Nice fella couldn't do enough.

yeah, the supplied braided hoses don't look good enough to even attempt to fit. I replace with decent goodridge hose, with the added benefit of removable, and different angled, banjos

just a local motorcycle shop, or try online. They come in pre-cut lengths, but enough range for something to fit most lambrettas I'm sure.

Mine's just fine, 1.5 seasons now.
But yeah, get a new one if it fails so quickly.
Guess it's hit or miss as with everything in the scooterworld today.

So it's a brand new hose to replace the brand new hose.. :?

and yes, a swaged type does seem more appropiate, come to think of it I can't ever recall seeing a hydraulic line with removable type ends such as the ScootRS type...hmmm

The Chiggy Chambers ones come in pretty colours too.

Reasonable postage as well.

Yeah, its cos they're rubbish mate. Sub standard kit and poor customer relations.
