took my seemingly solid frame to get blasted prior to paint, one week later picked it up and i nearly burst into tears when i saw the state of it
no holes have appeared but serious pitting underneath the front spine
this all appeared solid and smooth, so was quite a shock

it is indian but i have been riding it as my main scooter for the past 5 years done many rallies and many many miles on it

at least you got 5 years out of it !

Serioulsy though, what is going on INSIDE those 40-50 yo frames? Surely it's not just the Indian Lamby's that suffer rust in the frame? Any one had a peek inside?

the indian home market ones tend to have a harder life and left out in all weathers + plus paint was not to good to start with
