I am thinking of dropping to standard 22mm jetex on my brand new sil 200 engine with Rscoot exhaust just to get it run in then have another go with my 25mm dell just a bit worried of holeing piston, now would it need jetting any for the exhaust at all and it would have casa hose upright with K&N on...If i change down would be looking for one already have manifold.
Andy.

I would tend to stick with the Delorto as I have a similar 200 SIL engine +Indian clubman fitted with a Jetex(118 Main jet). Although I am in no way an expert you would almost certainly have to go up a few sizes main jet to get over the Rscoot Pipe and free flowing K&N filter effects.
Jetex are can be difficult to set up as the main jet is the only real way to alter mixture throughout the rev range and I personally don't rate them but if on a budget they are good enough.
Perhaps someone has more detailed/accurate views?
