t5 172 stutters and sometimes gives a pop from the carb if the throttle is snapped open quickly or closed then opened.

there is a hesitation going through the gears too as i go into gear and open it up.

is this a jetting issue or a normal vespa thing?

mine did that an for me it turned out to be the green ignition wire from the ht coil that was broken not sure if it will be the same for you worth a check tho
