why does the malossi 172 rattle

Try to keep up BottomButton of course I haven't got a rattle that's entirely my point.

If you've fitted a T5 Malossi 172 and it doesn't rattle you've obviously done something wrong kid! :D

Yes I must have , I'll let you know what it is then you will be able to do the same to yours and get your bike sounding as good as mine !

I bet it wasn't like that when it was new. He probably messed about with it and didn't put it back together correctly but because there were loads of other rattly Cortinas about at the time he probably thought that they were supposed to rattle ! Or could it be that the mighty Ford Corporation just thought - 'We'll design this model with an annoying rattle at tickover , just for fun.'
