Excellent scooter, what a shame some hack from Motorcycle news made it appear as if DACTEC had claimed a ridiculous 120mph for the std 250. I'm told that they told the MCN guy that it was geared for a theoretical 120mph at max revs but didn't claim that it would do that speed. IMHO this is the first street scooter that will actually do over 100 mph.

Read the MCN on Thursday, I thought it was a good bit of publicity for DACTEK and Lambrettas...... Im quite sure anyone parting with their hard earned money will know exactly what they are buying and what its capable of...
