Just seen these 2 Ancillotti type seats, one a Cassa that looks sweet but pricey at £200 and the cheaper yet british made version for £150. Question i have is, the Cassa looks thicker along the seat, by that i mean that from side on it looks the seat part is quite thick. Is this an optical alussion? Also do they sit quite low down on the loop, as i have one of the cheaper copies they also sell and that sits up like a pimple on yer arse... :(

Thats all......ta

Syd, I bought one of Scootopia's cutback Ancilotti seats. Really well made and looks nice with the waffle sides. A word of warning. Take your time fitting it, as the seat catch lever can sit a bit low and scratch the paint on the frame loop  I used some thick rubber sheet under the rear seat catch bracket to lift it off the loop slightly and give a bit of clearance for the catch lever. ;)
