Is it possible to have a barrel ported to pull a TV 200 gearbox, was thinking of using a 225 cc steel Lined Ali-Barrel with a 25mm Delorto phbh and Clubman exhaust, or are the ports on these barrels already stage 4 and unsuitable .

first you need to explain why you would want to use a tv200 gearbox , is it because you already have that gearbox and dont want to buy another then you can still alter the front cog to suit what you want to achive, alot of the high powered sprint bikes use the tv gearbox.

Yes ,i already have a Tv gearbox, also been using a tv 225 Barrel but it has been tuned in the past ( large inlet, exhaust and transfers opened) and flies when you ring its neck but die`s in headwinds and hills,. was wondering if "de-tuned" for want of a better word, 225 Barrel would work with the smaller carb and clubman.
