I bought myself a second one yesterday.
Charming original, engine never touched, haven't been ridden for the past 30 years.
Someone repainted it without removing too much stuff except for tank, airbox, toolbox, engine and badges.
Original tyre from the 60s. Värnamo is a small Swedish town that used to have a tyre factory back in those days.
Original untouched engine turns over fine. Will have to replace worn out parts and all rubbers that are totally stiff and hard:

It must be an early production run since it comes with 2 single seats instead of a dual-seat that seems to have been standard on the TV series 3.
Does anyone have any info on the issue?

Thanks, yes I think so, opened up the carb yesterday, the fuel filter was clean and the carb seemed to be in a good condition. Will clean it out and test it.
cheers :fb:

Very nice indeed- I love TV175 S3's. Best scooter Innocenti every produced IMHO. Smooth, nearly as fast as the TV200 but with less vibration. Seems to ride "better" as well- can't explain it but everything comes together (possibly due to the longer rod??)
Over here all TV175 S3's were sold with a dual seat although you could specify singles if you wanted.
What is the frame number (omitting last 2 digits)? I've got a very early 1962 one and a very late 1965 one.

Don't have the papers or the scoot near me just this moment but it was put into traffic first time back in may 1962 so it's an earl one. Could be that early that Innocenti supplied it with the dual seat. As soon as I get the chance I will post the frame number to find out more. All I can remember is that it started with "500...".
I have read and heard from tons of people that the TV is the best one to ride, smother for some reason.
