From other feedback, I understand that Joei is an OK guy. I've had stuff off him and its been OK, but choice is yours. I'd like to see some photos of the kit from some more different angles before I'decide.

Im running the 185cc version of that kit. Cheap and cheerful and great performance when its 'fettled' properly.
The heads can be suspect and the ports need some TLC, but given to someone who knows what they doing I think they are great value or money, and plenty of tuning and oversize options available

I've also used some of these cheapo kits- yes they are rough and ready round the edges, but a little time with a narrow belt sander around the ports and they come up quite tidy. I've also taken 3 out from 64mm to 66mm with no problems whatsoever. The beauty of these kits is the fact that you can have a play around with them, and if they do go "bang" you've not lost a lot. (none have actually gone "bang" despite a lengthy running in period of under 100 miles and then ragging it!!)
Certainly worth considering at the price if you're not worried about getting your hands a bit dirty and experimenting
