carb set up running rich

race rapido 225 top end 30 mill delly with nk exhaust,128 main jet x7 needle second notch from top 40 slide 55 pilot jet 70 choke . running open mouth.around town scoot bogs down out on the open road it goes like stink.take the plug out and it is black and sooty.any ideas,thanks in advance
