1. In my clumsyness to get the mag bearings out, i've damaged the inside lip of the housing  Is it still OK to use?

2. What will, changing my front sprocket (150 special, ali 185 kit) from a 15 to a 16 give me, in terms pof performance?

Cheers
Dave

Thanks Joe, that's a relief. I'll leave it as is, for time being, but what would it do if I changed it to a 16 tooth?

In theory, give you a higher top speed, in reality it likely won't pull it or will struggle to pull it, unless you have done other mods? Better to stick with the 15 or at least give the 15 a try...

Hi the mag housing will be fine to use as its the shoulder that the seal sits up against, just check that its not cracked at all around that area,i've used a few like this before with no problems.
