I've a DC ' 5 Pin' 12v regulator/rectifier. It's a regular Indian one that says 12V - 96W, surely it can't knock out 96 W form a SIL stator but is that what it could do with the right supply? It also has under that 16 16 36 what does that mean is it just a serial number?

I think the 96W is more about how much it can handle, rather than the output, which will be determined by how much the stator kicks out, probably not 96W...
