would like to get one for lambretta.
the (gsf) one for vespa pk works now and brakes superb.
getting one created would cost 2000.- euros for drawing and moulding.

I've thought of having a go to fab up something similar on an old PX back plate but leave it to the germans to make my idea look shite and ill conceived. I could see doing this if you wanted something different, or wanted to have a mess about. But what with all the disc options out there it dosen't make it too practical.
having said all that, I don't think doing this on an old lammy set up would be all that bad. Break out yr ali welder and go for it.

I'd always heard that the PK front brake was good, and that you didn't necessarily need a hydraulic set up if you were fitting a Mallossi kit on a small frame. But, I'm embarrassed to say, I'd never noticed that this was the set up

I would be interested in such a kit for a lammy but, price wise, would it beat the ScootRS outboard kit, say? I somehow doubt it, unfortunately.

stylewise it would be far superior.
imagine this highly polished in alloy/magnesium quality.
its a gimmick which isn´t a rational choice, but much more a little technical gem which
perfectly updates a vehicle from the technical "middle age" a little bit without ruining its optical
grammar.

I seem to recall Nic Cicutti showing me a duplex front drum for a Lambretta once. It was unlike anything I had seem before. I'll send him a message, and see if he can post a photo, cos it is quite interesting.
