Has anyone got experience of using these tyres on the ROAD as opposed to the track please?

I am looking to fit some good wet weather (3.50x10) tyres to my scoot for the winter and have heard very good reports on the 'Wet Race Compound' version but less so on the 'Road Compound' type.

Also do the Sava's have stiff/reinforced sidewalls? It lists them as tubeless so I'm assuming they do.

Was looking at the Shwalbe Weathermans but have been put by the recent reports of the tread peeling off the carcass of various Shwalbe tyres, and no detailed explanation has yet been given as to why this has happened. :?

Cheers.
