clutch help

My dac250 is running well apart from a weird clutch issue....
Going to Santa pod on Sunday I travelled 26 mile at 65mph when all of a sudden the engine screamed as though the clutch had been pulled in with throttle open so I shut throttle and pulled in clutch and pulled over checked what I could and no obvious problem, cruised the rest of the way at 50-55mph no issue. Left Santa pod and travelled back at 60mph for 30 miles built speed up to a steady 75mph for 10 miles then the same thing happened so I pulled the clutch and throttled off again. when I got to 60 mph I let clutch out slowly and opened throttle back up and cruised at a steady 60mph with the occasional 70mph spurt all the way home.im running a read speed 6 plate clutch 46/19 on a li150 box. rang read speed today and spoke to Dominic(think that what he called himself) and asked if he could measure a set of 6 green plates for me so I can see how much they have worn after 500 miles but he refused and said I don’t need to know  .
the help I need is can some measure a green clutch plate and tell me how thick they are when new and has anyone got a set of p200 clutch springs they want to sell me please so I can get this finished in time for my new exhaust which is arriving next weekend :P
Cheers

unusually unhelpful of readspeed...
do you mean the same as a plate like in the surflex kits ?
if so I can measure one, in fact I could probably measure six...

Not good from this dominic fella. Speak to Jerome.
But I would check the cable length.. i wonder if the outer is too short and a bump caused the clutch to disengage for a second?

LOL Mark.

I've done plenty of work in retail & sales in the past. I really am amazed at the way some people are treated and there's absolutely no excuse for treating customers like shite.

Hope you get sorted Mark.
