Has anyone had issues with their clubman exhaust rattling? thought it was a bearing or gear box and may still be but seems like it may be come from the exhaust. have not yet investigated it but was wondering if it was a known issue?

The internal mesh/baffle often comes loose sometimes after only 50 mls.

Baffles fella common problem with these ear blasters when they get a few miles under the belt.

On one of mine the padding retaining metal gauze had come loose along with some padding. But it usually is the baffle if it hasn't already come loose.

thanks for the info. a little too much noise even for a 2 stroke pipe though. Will i have to cut it open to repair it? if so what a pain.
