The seat catch looks odd and I'm not sure it's related to the seat. Does it latch properly?

As for the seat It's S2 I think and probably Giuliari judging by the holes in the cross member where the badge may have been attached. I don't know if the S2 came with a bench seat as standard. So; it may have been a later addition. Although Spanish S2's had them. Not sure they would have a name tag though. And it's doubtful they would have been Giuliari.

yes, it does latch properly
I think this was a later addition as the bolts are the only rust free parts on the scooter
