Cables/Loom through Frame

Evening Gents.....Any advice/ pics/info/comments about routeing the cables and loom through the frame, its a Cutdown Series 3 LI 150 frame with Beedspeed drops running TS1 kit..... all help welcome please...

I got told that the best way to get your cables through the loop was to tie a knot in a piece of string and whilst holding the other end of the string blast it through the frame loop using an air hose from a compressor. Then tie your cable to the string securely and pull it through. I havent tried it myself but in theory it could work

thats how they did it on american chopper

Thanks lads, got a reply as well on the L.C.G.B site that said that the Mig type welding rods can be used to pull them through as well
