series 1 regulator/cdi mounts

does anyone make these? or has anyone ideas on where to mount them so they cant be seen through the rear frame grill?

many thanks for replies, the problem with mounting in this position is that the rear grill is open and the cdi/regulator would be visable, any other non drilling options?
