I've recently rebored an old TV175 cylinder and am running this on my scooter at present.

The exhaust port has had some "work" done on it in the dim and distant past, inasmuch as the lower edge of the exhaust port is some 3mm or so "too deep" (i.e. you can see 3mm of the top edge of the piston at BDC)

The bike performs very well indeed with the rebore and new piston, and I'm wondering if this excess depth is anything to worry about.

Theres been no hint of any nip ups or overheating despite a fast run-in

Any comments Gents?
