Finally getting round to fitting the Kawasaki dampers, but the gaps to big for the stud mount. :(

Does someone make a sleeve for them?

SLJ made over sized studs for them.

Some supplied new bushes others beat a bit of tin into shape to make a bush.

Mine got a pvc type sleeve, but don't know where it's from.

i fitted some to my series 3 last year, if you just press the bushes and sleeves out of them and fit some from standard lammy dampers if you have any old ones knockin around, dead easy to do in a small vice. worked perfectly on mine although i removed them a while back cos they just dont really work on lammys you will find, once you have ridden it for a while.. unfortunately they are the same rate compression and rebound where as you really want them to compress easier and stiffen on rebound, just found them to be too soft or too hard when adjusted, i have fitted some cheap escort fat type and the ride is much better.

this is what i bought, http://www.ekmpowershop2.com/ekmps/shop ... 1651-p.asp, but you could find some brass or steel tube of the correct diameter to fit

My concern is why are you fitting dampers to a wall :D :D
I do not try to explain why I ride Lambrettas,
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary,
For those who don't, no explantion is possible.
