a mate has an open carb and a PM pipe, so a bit different, but something to start with...

40 slide
AV268
X7, second clip
130 main
50 idle
mix screw 1¾ out
250 float needle

it does run slightly rich, but is used a lot, and goes on long trips

I have tried all the combinations,
clip positions,needles and atomisers,
having available:

AV 264,AV 266, AS 266
X7, X13, X2

It took me ages,
I found out that he best set up with 48mm RM pipe,62mm crank,Breathe Sweet filter,

is:

Slide 40
Pilot 55
Choke 70
Main 122
X13, T2
AV 264
300 Float Valve
2 turns out mixture screw.

Everything else makes the scooter running rich or lean.

Main can drop to 120,but I prefer 122.

Last 2 weeks I changed from 4.8 to 4.5 final drive ratio.
+drop in temperature.

Main jet changed from 122 to 128.
