Flow rate

Is the flow rate to my fast road tune TS1 fast enough it take`s 55 seconds to fill a pint glass, it has an inline mesh filter and its a fast flow tap. I had piston rings melt into a wisco piston before and it was suggested to me my fuel flow rate was not enough to keep up, i was running at the time a narrower fuel line and a smaller filter but have changed to larger line and filter and now have the flow rate mentioned above.

I'd be happy with that.
you're unlikely to ever use a pint of fuel in a minute

I found i had to ditch the inline filter on my mugello with 28mm as it wasnt up to the job. As said above, a pint in under a min seems fine. Does it still flow at that rate when the tank is say a third full? I had issues when running low with flow rate, it was fine when full. With inline filter removed no issues. Maybe my cheap filter!!
