These images are all downsized for the forum. Ususally I leave em large but this time to save time loading they are smaller.

So Tony, in this case you would be freezing the image on the instant that the moving elements (stu and charley) pass right at that point, but you seem to have controled the shutter speed so you can still "sort of" recognize a moving scooter...?¿
