UPDATE: Tubeless rim deflates, problem solved

Schwalbe Racemans fitted on new ScootRS rims by highly reputable Uxbridge motorcyle tyre specialist, using brand new Bike-it valves. Newly-rebuilt S1 with only 275 miles on the clock. Tyres had been checked and pumped up only a few days earlier (they needed barely 1 or 2lbs top-up after months of waiting for the rebuild to be completed
). Rode it home from work on Friday night, went into garage the next morning to find the 100/90 rear tyre had deflated almost completely.
There are no punctures that I can see. Have checked the valve and it's not rubbing against the rear hub or back of the rim. I've obviously taken the wheel off and replaced with the spare one (another ScootRS tubelss rim
).
Have reflated the old tyre and put 8oz of green Slime in. Re-tightened the valve core fully (it was fine before).
I'll keep checking the pressure on it over the next few days to see if it deflates. I might even put it on the rear hub of another stationary scooter as an additional test under "normal" weight.
If it's all OK in a week or so, I could be tempted to use it. But there's part of me that has lost confidence in it and I wonder if I'm just being a tight mad git. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you bother trying to save the tyre?
