Hi
Any tips on how to get to the boost port on the ts1 to open it up?
just cant see the best way to get to it
Its a diy home tune so limited to die grinder and dremel

for how much it costs send it to mick abbey , aint worth you fookin it up !!!!! plus you get guarenteed results with his ts1 tuning !!!

1) Little or no point doing just the boost port, you need to re-work the exhaust first (internal and external), and then the transfers (cylinder and casing).
2) Supposing you have done the rest of the cylinder OK, disregard point 1......
3) If the tool you have doesnt access the boost port properly.....leave it alone.

Sorry for hijacking but is it just a case of sending off the kit to Mick? What sort of costs involved.

Yes, thats just about it.
If you send the kit to me with your phone number, i discuss with you what you want, and then Mick Does it. Mick is a fine craftsman with the porting tool.

yes i have open the exhaust port and opened and matched the transfers
it needs a replate so was looking to tuning it before i send it off
