What are your thoughts on this exhaust;

I'll let others comment on the shape and size of the cones, but I prefer my pipes to be solidly mounted throughout, or flexibly mounted throughout. It might just be the photo, but this looks flexibly mounted except at the main exhaust bracket.

I like the two-stage mounting of the U pipe, so the head cowling can be fitted before the exhaust, and the bracket onto the rear can is well braced. No BSAU stamp on the tail can for the UK market, though I doubt if that would trouble the Brisbane scooterists.

But does it work?

I was hoping for a little more input from others, maybe a rider who has used this pipe..

Ive used a saigon fresco copy and if iam not mistaken thats the same end can, its very heavy [as was the rest of the pipe]and would benifit from a endcan support simular to the ones PM do, also, the main bracket needed beefing up IMO, but having said that it was good VFM and worked well enough giving 14.6 BHP from a 210 muggy, how much are they knocking these pipes out for.

Buy the real thing, not that pirated SE Asian copy. The Taffspeed Mk 4 exhaust will last 10 years. Hell, mine survived sliding down the M6 at 70 mph and stopped the floorboards from touching the tarmac. And out of principle and not stuffing money into a Saigon based shop at the expense of the shop that developed it and still sells it.
